- 2 racks Pork Baby Back Ribs
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika (for that irresistible smokiness)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (for a hint of heat)
Instructions
Before Seasoning the Ribs:
- Begin by carefully removing the membrane from the backside of the racks of pork back ribs. To do this, use a butter knife or a similar blunt tool to gently lift one corner of the membrane.
- Once you’ve lifted a portion of the membrane, grip it with a paper towel to get a good hold.
- Slowly and steadily pull the membrane away from the ribs. It may come off in one piece or multiple pieces, depending on its condition.
- Discard the removed membrane.
Season Ribs:
- Combine smoked paprika, minced garlic, black pepper, and seasoned salt. Mix them thoroughly to create a flavorful rub.

Cooking:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Unwrap the seasoned ribs and cut them into serving-size portions of 3-4 ribs each.
- Place the ribs in a foil-lined baking pan and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the ribs from the oven and drain any excess liquid.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and continue baking the ribs at 350°F for an additional 45 minutes, allowing them to become tender and flavorful.
