2eaGarlic Cloves, chopped
1eaBeer, 12 oz.
1canRotel
1canTomato Paste, 10 oz.
1canTomato Sauce, 8 oz.
1cupBeef Broth
½cupChili Sauce
1tbspChili Powder
1tbspGround Cumin
½tspGround Cayenne Pepper, optional
2 tspSalt
1canRed Kidney Beans, drained
1canBlack Beans, drained
1canWhite Cannellini Beans, drained
Instructions
In a large stock pot or Dutch oven, cook all three meats together over medium heat until browned. Drain off the grease and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until tender, about 5 – 7 minutes.
Add all other ingredients. Cook over low to medium heat for approx 1 – 1-1/2 hours.
Serve chili in big bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
