1/2cupCranberries, thawed if frozen; plus additional for garnish
2ozGran Marnier
1ozFresh Lime Juice
4ozSparkling Rosé Wine
Fresh Rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
Muddle 1/2 cup of cranberries in a cocktail shaker. Add Gran Marnier and lime juice to the shaker; fill with ice. Cover and shake until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a 10-oz champagne flute. Top with sparkling rosé wine. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig with additional cranberries, if desired.
Notes
Nocranberries? Use 1/4 cup of cranberry juice instead.Want to make it a Merry Mocktail instead?Replace the Gran Marnier with 2 oz Orange Juice and the Sparkling Rosé Wine with 4 oz of Lemon-Lime Soda or Ginger Ale or Cranberry Ginger Ale.
